Today marks 707 days since September 12th, 2022, when I paused my emails to all of you. Throughout this period, as often mentioned to me, my silence has been profoundly loud.
I am here today to fill in the timeline gaps.
GAPS? Let me explain.
With deep heartfelt sorrow, after 37 years, I decided to leave Brazil to navigate a complex process and repatriate myself to the USA. Although Brazil will always be my heart’s home, California is where I was invited to begin the journey of filling these gaps.
I have had the honor and privilege of leading a team of Brazilian specialists in a groundbreaking project for Professional Development GAP Filling for Rural Public Education at Pleasant View Elementary School District, located in the vulnerable, remote, agricultural region in Poplar, California.
YES, Brazilian Specialists in American Public Education!
The project cast a 360 degree ray of light, and in doing so, highlighted pathways we would never have had the opportunity to develop in Brazil.
Embracing the moment required silence, and so silent I have been. That ends today!

We began operations in January 2023 to service Pleasant View and the k-12 public school and educational non-profit market, focusing on: Professional Development for Innovative Learning Best Practices. Moving learning to the center of Education
GAP #3 Jan 2024 to TODAY!
Requests for me to extend my in-house Professional Development GAP filling know-how for Entrepreneurs, Individual Professionals and Enterprises, bringing us to today’s public launch of debbyforman.com
GAP #4 July 2024 “SPOILER ALERT”
Coming Jan 2025, GAP-TRAX by CWISTED! A global online learning platform to bring the most complex gap filling PD to individuals in bite sized pieces.
